Our client is looking to hire a great salesperson to drive sales in mid to large enterprises in the Benelux region as they are expanding and targeting major growth in the region.
They need someone who owns their ‘patch’ and can build a strong business lead pipeline and quickly convert these into sales.
You will drive your own lead generation as well as working with external partners, inbound leads, and following up external marketing. This is a business with minimal red tape as they want your energy focused on the sale, not the admin.
This is a rapidly growing market as companies adopt digital technology to manage costs and the opportunities are huge for those with the right skills.
Day to day you will be:
- Generating business leads
- Creating a pipeline
- Presenting to clients (on-line and in-person)
- Building business cases
- Developing proposals and pricing
- Closing and negotiating contracts
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS Solutions business focused on Spend Management.
Their target clients are procurement and finance or accounting executives. Their software solutions help businesses maximise profitability by making company spend with suppliers more visible and giving greater control. It enables executives to see what is spent by who and with which suppliers. Their solutions help drive change by process improvements and automation resulting in cost-saving opportunities and greater financial control.
You will be a dynamic ‘hunter’ sales person with the passion and desire to achieve sales targets.
Someone restless who is bright and ambitious with an enthusiastic, determined personality. However, teamwork is critical in this business as they have a down-to-earth fun and collaborative environment.
You will be a hands-on person with the drive to succeed. Someone who is competitive with the will to win.
You must have experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales and ideally experience in Purchase to Pay systems but sales capability is key providing it is in other b2b software.
You will likely be looking for your 2nd or 3rd job away from a company not growing as fast as you are.
You must have experience of living and working and selling in the Benelux countries and understand the main business landscape and cultures
As the focus is initially on the Netherlands you must be a fluent Dutch speaker as well as fluent in English. Ideally you will be located in the Amsterdam region but you can be elsewhere in Benelux providing you are ok to travel. There is likely to be some travel to client locations.
