Our client is a global leader in P2P (Procure to Pay) SaaS solutions in the Hospitality and Food and Beverage sectors with a proven track record of driving transformational outcomes for their clients. They are currently rapidly expanding on a global scale supporting clients in over 100 countries and have over 400,000 suppliers transacting through their systems.
They are looking for world-class SaaS Program or Project management professionals who can deliver large-scale, complex programs that marry people and processes with technology to help our customers achieve outcomes that exceed their industry peers.
These cover their EMEA regions and whilst they have a preference for people to be based in the UK you can be located in any EU country.
You need highly motivated individuals who relish a highly visible role with significant room for career growth.
You will need at least 2 of the following attributes to be considered – the third can be trained
- Strong Programme or Project management experience (ideally some implementation knowledge)
- Strong Procurement knowledge (ideally P2P systems)
- Hospitality sector experience
Additionally a second European language as well as fluent English would be an advantage.
The Program Management role is a unique mix of Program and Account Management managing a team and organising programs to ensure major customer installations and projects are delivered. You will work closely with project sponsors and cross functional teams.
The Project Managers will lead individual projects from start to finish. Working with stakeholders to document requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and our enterprise customer accounts.
You’ll be coordinating activities across offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It will be your job to track and coordinate all the stakeholders’ activities, keep the team up to date on all deliverables, drive progress against plans and deadlines, all while holding yourself and your partners accountable to meeting forecasts and KPI’s.
You must have the right to work in the UK/EU.
These are remote positions but may require some occasional travel .
