Director, Growth Marketing EMEA – Digital Procurement & Supply Chain

This is an exciting and vital new role where you will lead regional growth marketing teams focused on driving both installed base and new logo sales growth for a market leading B2B SaaS business.

Reporting directly to the Global VP of Growth Marketing, this role is responsible for recruiting, building and managing a high-performing team that partners with sales leaders across Northern and Southern Europe, Middle East and APAC through vertical and regional marketing programs that increase engagement, new business and accelerated sales cycles.

You will be critical in building the go-to-market strategy across the regional growth marketing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives to execute strategic priorities.

Strong candidates will offer great leadership qualities allied to proven experience of working closely with high performing sales teams, a demonstrated analytical approach and an understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics.

You will have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment along with the flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Lead, manage and mentor growth marketing managers within Europe (DACH region, Benelux, UK, Nordics, Spain, Portugal and Italy) Middle East and APAC to help drive the go-to-market strategy, planning, resourcing and budgeting of regionally-focused account-based experience (ABX) and demand gen programs.
  • Build and expand partnerships with sales, solutions consulting, product marketing, and customer success to drive mid-to-late stage pipeline and expand footprint with existing and new enterprise customers.
  • Closely integrate with senior sales executives to ensure they have support and collaborate on the strategic direction of account-based experience (ABX) strategies.
  • Build foundation for growth marketers to run successful 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABX programs to cross-sell applications and expand annual recurring revenue with new and existing accounts.
  • Enable the regional teams to leverage ABX automation platform to identify and monitor buyer intent keywords and orchestrate intent-driven campaigns to segmented audiences at scale.
  • Oversee and approve the mid-funnel demand gen campaigns across 6sense display and retargeting ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, Pardot email campaigns, chatbot and real-time web personalization, third party content syndication, etc.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to execute strategic EMEA priorities in partnership with corporate marketing, content marketing, marketing operations, customer success, sales, product marketing and product management.
  • Approve target buyer personas and industry-specific messaging mapped to the buyer’s journey for ABX campaigns.
  • Select, budget and approve strategy for industry/regional events, CABs, executive workshops, and field and industry webinars.
  • Approve and budget for paid media opportunities with industry publications, associations, industry influencers and other third parties that impact in-market opportunities.
  • Influence the onboarding and enablement of sales and marketing tools across the EMEA teams that help drive next-gen marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver analysis on Marketing’s pipeline and revenue contribution by region, industry and ICP to sales leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to the senior leadership team.

  • 10+ years of field or growth marketing experience preferably at high-growth B2B SaaS global technology companies
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading high performing, international revenue generating marketing teams
  • Enterprise SaaS, digital procurement or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation (Salesforce + Pardot preferred)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, preferably from European countries would be beneficial but not essential.
