About The Role

The Consulting Director is charged with regional leadership, team member development, and ultimate accountability for Engagement Delivery across all Service Lines. This regional leader will be focused on managing the Solution Line teams responsible for delivering customer engagements, to a high level of quality and to meet or exceed Customer expectations. The Director will demonstrate the ability to think and plan strategically – to manage team size, skills mix – and to provide leadership and direction overseeing multiple programs, provide executive oversight and quality assurance on customer deployments, while ensuring alignment with Customer and Seller Management teams and the Services Sales team. People management and development, strong organizational leadership, and track record of Delivery success in complex situations aptitude are critical to drive the success of customer initiatives, as is broad experience of working with across multiple geographies and cultures.

About The Location

There are offices located throughout the Nordics and there is also scope for some home working, however, this is a senior role covering a large area, so you can expect up to 70% travel.

About You

As an experienced leader in the region, you will have a good knowledge of the market and be fluent in both English and at least one Nordic language. Your relationship building skills are exemplary, and you are able to manage high-level client relationships. You will also have strong procurement technology implementation and sales experience.
