Account Directors / Client Services Directors


Our client is a leading fast-growing Northern technology business.

Their aim is to ensure technology makes a difference for their clients and to be thought leaders in software development, artificial intelligence and technology consulting. They advise clients on how to use technology to transform their organisation across a range of different industry sectors

They also design, build and optimise high-performance cloud-based systems for a wide range of business-critical operations. They create high performance, scalable online systems from ecommerce websites and high-volume ordering systems to online ticketing and mobile CRM applications.

These are key new sales roles aiming to capitalise on their success and to drive further growth

You will need to be completely self-driven able to hunt for new business, developing and winning sales opportunities for software development. You will create and deliver account strategies to acquire new clients and cross-sell to existing clients. You can do this either independently or as part of a team.

These are varied roles, giving an opportunity to make your mark in a growth business. You will work closely with the senior management team and clients, to understand client challenges and develop and sell appropriate solutions. You will identify, qualify and close opportunities and build relationships with clients at all levels.

They are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

  • Developing effective account strategies and compelling proposals.
  • Proven experience in selling software development contracts.
  • Identification of new business opportunities and closure of new business.
  • Growing existing accounts through cross and up selling.
  • Building and maintaining relationships at all levels including C-level.
  • Inputting into sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Broad interest in technology and deep understanding of cloud technology led solutions
