Following the brutal job cuts in the digital procurement and supply chain sector, the rate of salary growth has also taken a knockback. Here we discuss March 2023 and the reality of the salaries. 

Compared to previous years the conditions of the job market are very different. It is now down to whether or not people want to hold out for what they were previously paid, or do they take a more pragmatic approach and look at what the market is paying now. 

Andrew has spoken to people and it seems that people are deciding that some pragmatism is needed and a more sensible approach, which may find some people a drop in what they were earning previously.
